Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized or customized gift hampers are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
